Mail sent to that address is forwarded to the inbox of the person who runs this site. There is no ticket system and no support team in between — your message arrives as an ordinary email.
We read what arrives and reply when we can. We are not going to print a response time we cannot guarantee, so: no promise of a same-day answer, and no promise that every message gets one.
What to send
Useful things to tell us:
- A conversion that came out wrong — the format, roughly how long the file was, and what the piano roll looked like.
- A format that would not load at all, and the browser you were using.
- Something on the site that is inaccurate or misleading. We would rather be corrected than be confidently wrong.
Please do not attach audio files
The converter on this site processes your file inside your own browser and never sends it anywhere. Email does not work that way: an attachment travels through mail servers and sits in an inbox. So please describe the problem in words, and keep your audio on your own machine. If a file really needs to be looked at, say so in the message and we will arrange something deliberate rather than casual.
Privacy
What happens to your message and your email address is described on the privacy policy page. In short: they are used to reply to you and nothing else.
